How It Works

Our devoted team is here to assist you in the preparation of your home for sale. We will partner with your real estate agent and come directly to your house, where we’ll craft a custom plan specific to you. All aspects of the project will be managed by us – from beginning to end – ensuring that all communication runs seamlessly so you can concentrate on finding the home of your dreams! Payment for our Home Concierge services won’t be due until after escrow has been finalized when selling your current property.

Eligibility Requirements

All sellers with a Listing Agreement, sufficient home equity and the intention to list their property at market value are eligible for The Realty Source Home Concierge program. Unfortunately, properties that have gone through foreclosure or short-sale proceedings do not qualify for this service.

Secure and Convenient Payment Services

Payment for any services rendered during this agreement will be securely collected through an escrow account. The seller must sign a legal promissory note for the amount due, regardless of whether or not their home sells as per the Listing Agreement. Should that occur, payment is expected immediately and without fail.
