After moving to Murfreesboro in 1995 to relocate a wholesale distribution company, I realized what a vibrant community I had joined. The closing of that business gave me the opportunity to evaluate and consider many employment opportunities. Having a degree in accounting with a major in business administration, I recognized the unmatched growth in Middle Tennessee and decided that residential new construction and real estate was a perfect fit for me. I partnered with a local developer and began a construction business in 2003, received my contractor’s license in 2004, and acquired my real estate license in 2005.

I soon found out what an interesting life and career I had chosen—meeting new people from all walks of life, cultures, and occupations and assisting them in making one of the biggest decisions in their lifetime. Working between the two businesses, residential construction and real estate, presents its own unique situations but gives me the opportunity to help each client take control of their future and secure the home of their dreams.

After years in the real estate business, I have recently achieved my designation as Broker and have opened my own company, Annette Bratcher Real Estate. I am extremely excited about using my years of education and experience to guarantee my clients a great, seamless real estate transaction.

On a personal note, I am happily married to my husband, Jeff, and have one daughter who recently graduated from M.T.S.U., got married, had two children, and joined the real estate business. She periodically works on my team! My husband and I enjoy travel, music (especially concert and festival attendance), do it yourself projects, and real estate investing.
